If you in emergency situation in residential area ,you can press emergency button of device or if you hurt from a fall , the device detect the emergency situation so it connect directly to Dr.AnyCARE service center with current location . The service center staff can check your exact status and inform their family or protector and if necessary, the staff call an ambulance to help customer.
